Free 6-month wig warranty is included with all wigs purchased on this website. Which includes free monthly wig washes and limited minor repairs such as torn lace. To submit a wig warranty, claim please make sure to contact us via email at info@richessentialsshop.com with your name and order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your wigs for monthly maintenance. Only wigs purchased from this site qualify for our 6 monthly wig warranty, we do NOT accept outsourced wigs and must be purchased from Rich Essentials within the said time frame of the warranty. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Note: We highly recommend shipping your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process.
